1. Our Counseling Services
Lutze Consulting LLC provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. We view therapy as a team effort. We will work together to build a plan that fits your life and goals. Our goal is to offer a safe, kind space where you can heal at your own speed.
Please keep in mind that we only provide planned therapy appointments. We are not a hospital or an emergency clinic. If you are having a mental health crisis right now, please call a crisis line or go to the closest emergency room for help.
2. Your Privacy and Safety
Everything you share in therapy is kept private. However, the law says we must share info if:
• You give us written permission to do so.
• There is a serious fear that you might hurt yourself.
• There is a serious fear that you might hurt someone else.
• We suspect a child or vulnerable adult is being hurt or neglected.
In these cases, your therapist may need to call for help to keep everyone safe.
3. Insurance and Payment Rules
- Once we confirm your coverage, we will happily bill your insurance for you. Please remember that you are responsible for all co-pays, deductibles, and any costs your plan doesn't cover. If your insurance is no longer active or a claim is denied, you will be responsible for paying the full fee for the session.
4. Missing or Changing Sessions
- We value our time together. If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 24 hours' notice. Missed visits or late changes will result in a fee up to the full session cost. We know life happens, so true emergencies may be handled with flexibility at the therapist's discretion.
5. Contacting Us and Emergencies
The therapists at Lutze Consulting LLC set their own hours so they can give you their full attention. Ask your provider for their specific schedule. We are usually closed on holidays. Because we are not an emergency center, please use these tools if you are in a crisis:
