Our Payment & Cancellation Rules
Lutze Consulting LLC values our time together. We set aside a special hour just for you. Please understand that all service fees are final and non-refundable. We are happy to help you move your session if you let us know in advance.
How to Cancel or Change Your Visit
Life happens, but please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to skip or change your date. If you miss a session without telling us, or cancel late, you may still be charged the full fee. We will look at emergencies on a case-by-case basis.
Policy on Refund Claims
I care about your progress and dedicate full attention to every meeting. Because this time is reserved for your growth, sessions are non-refundable no matter the result. If you see a billing mistake, please let me know so I can fix it. Reach out to info@lutzeconsulting.com with questions.
